We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area but still close to all the action. It was so convenient to have parking available. the house itself was incredibly clean and had all the necessary facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find basic essentials provided, as well as a lovely bag of Maltesers! It truly felt like a home away from home.

There were a couple of things that we didn't love about our stay. the front door was quite dirty, which gave a poor first impression.

I stayed at 52 Minster for a couple of nights while attending the Beverley Races. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and with beautiful views of the Minster from the house. The property itself was cozy and well-appointed, with modern decor and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The enclosed terrace garden and parking availability were also a plus. I highly recommend this lovely little place for a short break or longer stay.

We found everything we needed in the property, from cooking and cleaning facilities to Netflix and comfy blankets. the bed was super comfortable, and the bath/shower was fantastic. Alice was an amazing host, always quick to respond and accommodating. We can't recommend her property enough. It's perfect for a couple or small family, whether you want to explore the town or just relax. And the value for money is truly amazing. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔🌟.

A hidden gem in the heart of town, Alice's house offers a cozy and modern alternative to hotels. With easy parking, a short walk to the centre, and thoughtful amenities provided, it's perfect for my frequent visits to Beverley. The lovely green area right outside adds to the charm, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.
